They were so good to me. I mistakenly took my car to the vw dealership and they drove it over to Mazda Kelly for me. Also Alex was so sweet and accommodating on a holiday weekend so that dropping off my car and picking it up was as seamless and convenient as possible for me. They did a great a fast job. I would definitely go back!
Purchased my vehicle there about a year ago. Thought the salesman could have given us a better deal but my wife was hot for this car. Well a year later had a minor problem with a noise in my driver door. Now I'm glad I bit the bullet . The service from Alex and crew was above and beyond. The extra I felt we paid was worth it in the end. Great service dept . Helpful, professional and friendly. But they do need to upgrade the service waiting area not par with the upscale image of Mazda . Great dealership.
