RJ Burne Cadillac

I was helped by Dave Wert. Dave has been my go to for many many years and I have followed him along his journey in the sales world. He never hesitates to help where he can. I have bought many new vehicles from him as well as sending multiple friends and family to him as well and he never disappoints. I was not wanting to get a new car and was so stressed over the entire situation and Dave made the ENTIRE process as smooth as could be for me ONCE AGAIN!!! Highly recommend going to see him and getting that new / used car you're looking for. My favorite thing is he is NOT a pushy salesman. I say what I want and he doesn't push just any sale on me and helps get exactly what I want.

Marc V helped get me into my first Cadillac and I'm looking forward to enjoying many years of ownership. The whole experience was pretty painless and Marc was more than patient with me in going through the custom build process for my car. He was great to deal with and was always willing to field questions and get back to me on the many inquiries I had along the way. Throughout the experience, there was absolutely no pressure at all and that includes Steve from the finance department as well. Darren in service is also great to deal with as well. My wife and I have been through several dealerships in the NEPA area of varying brands, and I can safely say that RJ Burne Cadillac is a cut above the competition.

What a great experience. Went in on a Saturday to purchase a new vehicle. Everything went very smoothly. David, the salesman, was nice and professional. Everything was seamless, and Steve the finance guy did not push extra services on us, that we did not want. We were in and out in 3 hours, which is pretty efficient at a dealership. The owner came out to say hello to us as well. Highly recommend.

Great low pressure buying experience! Dave Wert is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.. the entire RJ Burne staff made the transaction pleasant, flawless and easy! Not to mention we got a great vehicle for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Set up an online appointment for tires, alignment, and inspection on my 2023 CT4-v blackwing. Car is still under warranty so I wanted a certified dealer to see the tire wear issue. I also requested a loaner vehicle. A few business days after I completed the online request and selected the OEM tires, I got an email that my appointment was confirmed. Showed up and no loaner available. After an hour they handed me my keys back and said “we don’t have those tires”. I drove an hour as they are the nearest Cadillac dealer. Very disappointed. Gas is $4.10/ gal. Waisted trip and morning.
