Originally I received an notice on the Honda app asking me to schedule for an appointment about tire problems in 2023-2026 CRV. I schedule it for 7/27/26 on the Honda app where it has a lot of availability, but somehow misremembering the date and came in a week early. I got send home. Today, I went in for my appointment, I was told, by the front desk, that this appointment, schedule from the app, does not count and they don't have the parts available. They told me I need to receive the letter in the mail and call in to schedule the appointment in order for it to count. If the online one doesn't count then why do you have it in the first place? It's 2026, not 2006. Why not tell me a week early when I was there? I just bought CRV from here two, three months ago. At that time, I thought the service was great, not anymore. Also, I saw that they were smiling and nice with the other customers, but when it comes to me. They were blank and impatient, why? Is it because I'm not the same race? Very disappointed.
