It was a great experience. As always Tammy was very friendly and helpful. The young mechanic, I think he was, (was so tentative to my concerns) he even helped me with my final price for the repairs. That was very appreciative!
Recently purchased a new BMW X3 from tom hesser BMW. My sales person was Justin, he. Could not have been more helpful.he stayed in touch through all the negotiations answering all my questions quickly with texts. Upon the delivery of the car he was extremely patient and helpful. His knowledge of the tech in these cars was impressive.he was not only my sales person but I think I made a new friend also. And also a thanks to Jen who handles the paperwork and financing. Very nice to deal with.I would highly recommend Tom Hesser for any auto purchase.
I had a great experience at Tom Hesser BMW for my state inspection and oil change. I showed up without the correct paperwork, thinking it was going to be a hassle, but the service team made the entire process incredibly easy. They helped me get everything sorted out quickly and kept me informed throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. The service was completed on time, and the whole experience was stress-free. It’s nice to find a dealership that takes care of both the car and the customer. I’ll definitely be back for future service. Highly recommend!
Scott Bidwell was my representative while purchasing my vehicle. I thought his professionalism was top notch and I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Tom Hesser BMW.
My car went in for a clay bar and they waxed it instead. Miscommunication and no accountability. Even the wax they did was horrible. They lie they try to talk circles around and no one takes accountability. Communication is horrible at this place ! BMW “certified “ means nothing they still sale you a car that wasn’t properly looked over !
