The sales person Matt was absolutely wonderful! He made sure I could afford the car and got it to the price point I wanted. I did have some issues with finance waiting a long time because she chats to much. I had hard time getting a copy of my warranty contract because the site was down. But I would go there again. Matt made the entire experience amazing.

We are traveling home to Indiana. Had a "service transmission'" warning appear on the dash of our 2026 GMC Yukon Denali. Located Tom Hesser Chevrolet in Scranton, PA with a service department open on Saturdays. We were at the dealership before they opened at 8 AM. We explained our situation. They were willing to look at our vehicle without an appointment and put our mind at ease for the trip home. Our service tech, Bradley Bonnel, was very personable, helpful and professional from the time we met him in the parking lot, prior to the service department opening, to the time we left the facility. The Assistant Service Manager, Tammy Mellody, had a wondeful smile and courteous attitude. Both made us feel welcome and like we had been a previous customer. Top notch service, top notch employees!
