Scott Lot Pre-Owned

I just bought this 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium from Scott's Pre owned lot. My salesman Ray was AWESOME! He was so easy to work with, very friendly, NO PRESSURE, answered all my questions, and took care of all the DMV paperwork. All I had to do is say yes to the car, pay him, and drive the car off the lot. Of course we all want to negotiate to a lower price but Ray took some money off and I think I paid a fairly fair price...considering the fact that I've been looking for this very same car for a while. I test drove a few of these cars and Scott's had the best car with the lowest millage, in the colors I wanted for the best price. As far as the service I can't recommend Scott's entire staff highly enough. I especially can't recommend RAY highly enough...he was awesome to work with. ***That being said, I will come back an edit this review in 6 months and give an update on how the car has been and if it had any problems and if it did how did Scott's stand by their cars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife Kayla and I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from Scott Cars, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Sandra was incredible to work with knowledgeable, friendly, and truly focused on making sure we found the right vehicle without any pressure. Scott made the negotiation process extremely easy and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. To top it all off, Mike in finance sealed the deal in a way that felt like fate especially with the connection to my wife’s grandfather, “the Groundhog,” who was a previous salesman. It genuinely felt like everything aligned perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our Tahoe and the level of service we received. I had a great experience buying my 2023 Jeep Compass Limited here! I traveled from New Jersey to look at this vehicle and from the phone calls to being there in person everyone was super friendly and easy to work with, they were also not pushy at all which was very different from other dealerships I have visited previous. Luis and Scott were great to work with, they made it feel very stress free and quick which was highly appreciated being a first time car buyer. We found payments that are comfortable for my budget, and the car is in excellent condition mechanically and has a very clean, well maintained exterior and interior. I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend this place to the next person! :)

Best Buying experience……Well one day we where browsing the used cars at Scott and out comes the nicest guy you ever want to meet Jerome. I really didn’t feel like dealing with the sales person, but he told me this is his second week at Scott And I just didn’t have the heart to blow him off. So we went into the office and discussed what we’re looking for and some of the cars on the lot. Sandra Who was a much more experienced salesperson was helping Jerome. She was kind and looking over his shoulder to make sure he was doing everything correctly, just helping him with some of his first customers. Ultimately, the car we were looking at it just really didn’t work out and we weren’t very very interested in it anyway. So Before we leave, Sandra said another car just got traded in this morning and if we would like to look at it. Jerome brings the car out front because it would still in the shop and we just fell in love from the first time we saw it. So we wheeled and deal a little bit and then Alex the sales manager comes out and we sit down and he gave us a deal We couldn’t refuse. What a great guy you can tell he actually cared So from there we went to the finance manager his name was Mike another amazing person. We got to spend some time with doing all the paperwork just a very friendly personable guy who loves his job because he’s been doing it for over 20 years. Needless to say, I would 100% go visit Scott on Lehigh Street and hopefully Alex, Jerome Sandra and Mike will be there
