Good morning, I am emailing you today to tell you about the most wonderful experience that my mother and I had with Anthony. He sold my mother a 2022 Chevy Trax. I located it on the website. I had bought my last two cars from Scott. And have trust in the company. When I called to talk to a salesman, I was transferred to Anthony. I could tell right away that he was not a high pressured salesman and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. It was a very hard time for my mother because she had an accident. Where she totaled her car.. she didn't know what to do about getting another one. Once we got to the dealership, we were both at complete ease talking to Anthony about the purchase. I test drove the car and loved every minute of it. He explained all the features which were so new to my mother since her old car was 20 years old! He was very professional, accommodating and sincere. He went out of his way to pick my mother up today and I know he will be driving her home in the car. My mother is scared because it's new, so she wants to do a little test driving in an empty parking lot before she ventures out on the road. My mother and I can't say enough nice things about Anthony. And I just wanted you to know what an amazing salesperson you have. I also just learned that he will be handling the insurance for my mother by adding the car onto the policy. Which is something I would have done.But he's taking that task upon himself. I wasn't able to be there today, but I knew my mom would be in caring, capable hands with Anthony. I know that was a long book to read. But I just had to reach out and tell you about our experience. Thank you and have a great day!

Made the trip from out of town to see a vehicle I really liked posted on Mubashar’s Facebook page. Mubashar was super helpful prior to me even making the trip. He took time to send me info on the vehicle, was very accurate to what I saw when coming to see the vehicle & he had a ton of patience with my crazy schedule. After arriving to the dealership he had the vehicle spotless waiting outside for us, set up with waters & car fax report all ready on his desk. Buying this vehicle and trading in my vehicle here was such a smooth process. They met the numbers needed to make this happen for me & he stayed hours after they closed to be sure this entire process was simple and completed for me to take the vehicle home that night. This was the first time buying a vehicle without having my parents with me to be sure I didn’t miss anything (can be overwhelming a bit) Mub & the awesome finance man were sure to explain everything to me so I understood, Mub even helped me set up my insurance coverage for the new vehicle. I’ve experienced dealerships in the past that feel like all they care about is making the most they can off you & push you out the door, but here they truly took time to help & explain things & that was very much appreciated. I can’t say enough great things about this dealership & the process. This was a 2.5+ hour trip for me & I would make the trip again in the future & also 100% recommend this place to anyone searching!

We recently purchased another vehicle at Scott luxury used cars! We had a great experience and Mubashar was a great salesmen to work with. Our family loves the car and hopefully down the road will return for another great experience!

One day I decided to take a road trip to find a fine used car in the area that I saw online. Fate would have you that the place that I was visiting happened to be closed that day. While driving back home, I stumbled across a beautiful lot of luxury cars and pulled right in. Scott Luxury Cars of Allentown had such a well-crafted lot of preowned vehicles that were the perfect eye-candy for anyone that enjoys a quality vehicle. Karissa came right out to assist me and to learn of my needs and wants with my next vehicle. My eyes fell in love with a Jaguar F Pace. She instantly said let’s take it for a spin. The car was solid and seem like a perfect fit for me. The transaction process of trading in my vehicle with the manager, Alex, and the assistance of Karissa was pleasant and easy. When it was time to purchase the vehicle, the car was sitting out front, prepped and ready to go with every little detail taken care of. I can only say wonderful things about the customer service that was provided to me at this location. I am happy to share with others that this could be a great place for you to find a preowned vehicle.

I originally have them 5 stars after the transaction however things changed drastically. For one when I went back they changed my financing without telling me and added more money to my loan so they can get commission on things like oil changes which I don't need o do myself among other things. The car was pulling badly to one side so I took it to get checked and the alignment was off and tbr rear tires were bald they read 3mm. When I called they promised the world but over a month I heard nothing and have reached out several times. This is on over 100,000 car which again coma to find out o overpaid way overpaid what the book value was compared to the miles very high miles for the car. Not happy at all
