Had a great experience at Flexible Auto Mall! Juan was super helpful and easy to work with, also really communicative and made sure I had all the info I needed without any pressure. I have been meaning to write a review on here for a while now- I’m just getting around to it. I cannot thank Flexible Auto Mall enough for working with me to make one of my biggest dreams in life come true- owning an E90/AE92 style Toyota Corolla. I came all the way out to see them from Delco one afternoon on a day off and test drove my dream car and fell in love with it as soon as I sat in it. About a week later, I called them back and we worked out a fantastic price for a car that is in such great condition. I went out to complete the purchase and they made the entire process as simple as anyone ever could. I worked with Juan and Jon, who are both absolutely fantastic. Thank you to everyone at Flexible Auto Mall for making my dream come true- I love my 1991 Toyota Corolla DX. I will never give it up, it will be mine for as long as I live.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they wanted what was best for me, I met with Juan and while we were trying to process everything, while the computer loaded he told me everything he needed from me so that I could work on getting that all ready, so he definitely knew what he was doing. I felt very welcomed and when I didn’t know what I was doing, Juan helped guide me in the right direction. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to other people, they really make things happen and they’re just amazing when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, I fell in love with my new vehicle, and in the future I would like to go back to them :)
