Great experience buying my Infiniti here! The whole process was super easy from start to finish, everyone was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. No pressure at all, they just walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend LotsofAuto if you’re in the Allentown area looking for a good car buying experience.
I want to share my appreciation for the excellent experience I had purchasing a vehicle at Lotofautos! After looking for a used car at many different places, I decided to buy from them because of their honesty and very reasonable pricing. I truly appreciate the discount offered, and the best part was that the SUV was completely serviced before it was handed over to me. I am loving the new car and was very impressed with the great customer service and the quick paperwork process. I am very happy with my purchase and will be recommending this dealership to all of my friends.
Aman was great, he took his time making sure we understood everything. He kept us up to date, and advised us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. I will definitely refer friends and family to LotOf Autos.
I had a great experience purchasing my car from Lot of Autos. I bought my vehicle in November, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Arsh was very professional, honest, and helpful throughout. He patiently answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure at any point, which I really appreciated. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Even after the sale,Arsh was responsive and supportive whenever I had questions.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but what I experienced here demands to be documented — not out of anger, but out of a civic duty to protect other buyers. Three days. That is how long it took for the radiator to fail after I drove off this lot. Three days. When I brought it to their attention, rather than standing behind the vehicle they sold me, I was offered a mere 50% reimbursement for the part — as though a catastrophic failure days after purchase is somehow my financial responsibility. That alone should have been the red flag I needed. But it got worse. Approximately one week later, I discovered electrical tape deliberately placed over an airbag warning light on the dashboard. Not a burned-out bulb. Not a sensor glitch. Electrical tape — intentionally applied to conceal a serious safety system failure from an unsuspecting buyer. Airbags are not a luxury feature. They are what stands between a driver and a fatality in a collision. Obscuring that warning light is not a sales tactic. It is a safety hazard, and depending on your jurisdiction, it may well be illegal. When I dug deeper, I found I was not alone. Other reviewers have reported that upon taking their purchased vehicles to independent mechanics, sensors had been removed — conveniently ensuring the car would appear clean on a diagnostic scan. This dealership has offered to run their own computer diagnostic in-house. I would strongly caution any buyer: if sensors have been physically removed prior to sale, that diagnostic is theater, not transparency. This is not a business that made an honest mistake. This is a pattern — a deliberate, calculated effort to move vehicles that would not survive honest scrutiny. If you are considering purchasing here, I urge you in the strongest possible terms to have any vehicle independently inspected by a mechanic of your choosing before signing a single document. You deserve to know what you're buying. This dealership is banking on the fact that you won't find out until it's too late.
