Volvo Cars Eugene

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Volvo, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Tairee Salazar was incredibly knowledgeable about Volvo vehicles and took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and professionalism. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle. We also want to recognize the entire team at the dealership. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From start to finish, they made the car-buying process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thank you to Tairee and the entire Volvo team for providing such exceptional customer service. We absolutely love our new Volvo and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience

I had an emergency with a lot of noise and my engine light coming on this afternoon, and I called Volvo service. Brandon was able to determine right away what problem my car was having and got me in immediately to fix it. I had snacks and a comfortable space to wait while my car was fixed. My car was also washed thoroughly and the interior was cleaned too! I’m so thankful for the excellent service I always receive at a Eugene Volvo

I bought a car from here and the process was fast, easy and I left with the car I chose within 2 hours! The sales representative was personable and professional and I enjoyed his knowledge and help to get me ready to drive the car off the lot! The financial agent was also easy to work with and he got the paperwork done quickly which I really appreciated. I have dealt with Sheppard Motors for years and I feel they are a quality dealership and they employ professional Sales Reps and other staff. A really good experience all around.

Absolutely thorough finding warranty coverage for my vehicle’s repair, ordered my parts before my vehicle even got there anticipating what it might be (they were correct) AND had my vehicle ready before the promise date. So impressed with the helpfulness, thoroughness, communication, preparedness, and work. They were the only dealership with immediate availability to service my Volvo, so I had it towed from Vancouver to Eugene, but if I can arrange to complete all my Volvo services here I absolutely will. So so happy with the entire experience.

Found the people working at Volvo of Eugene to be very positive, polite, and enthusiastic. While their communication efforts were excellent, when I brought in a vehicle under warranty for service, it took them 5 weeks to diagnose the problem (replacing the transmission). After that, things moved along at a timely pace. In the end, the warranty covered the repair, and they delivered the vehicle back to me and is running well.
