Sheppard's Volvo dealership had a 2022 Kia Niro listed so I came into look at it. Their salesman Tairee Salazar was very straight up with me, knowledgeable, and he applied no stereotypical car salesman pressure. We negotiated a fair deal and I love the car. It was a simple and low stress experience. Thanks!
Just bought our 6th used car from Sheppard Auto Group. Their new location off of I-5 is huuuge! Great selection of cars and SUVs. Brendon Braff was amazing to work with. He was so patient as we test drove 3 cars. He was very knowledgeable and honest. 10 out of 10 recommend!
If one is looking to buy a car, this place has it or can get it! Not your typical dealership. I would say that it was fun. All questions and concerns addressed and answered. Great people, great atmosphere, great overall experience. From sales to service, two thumbs up!
This dealership has a video detailing the mission as an auto group in general. Being fair and providing quality cars and service. They go into detail about how they rigorously inspect the vehicles before selling. It was compelling enough that it moved me to go to the dealership. It was very disheartening to be met by a salesman that didn’t know the inventory and the first car he brought up to test drive obviously had been overlooked by the people that set those standards. I had $20,000 to buy a car with specific features. So I got back online in the parking lot found another car in the inventory that had what I was looking for, so I went back in the building and walked past that doorknob of a salesman and sat down with another one. Showed him what I wanted to see. I bought it that day in full. 6 days later, I had to change the oil, so not even that car got the basic services. No one explained anything about VW as a whole or the app or what a win owning a VW really is. Nobody seemed to genuinely care about my experience as a new owner much less the buying experience. The finance guy was irritated that I didn’t want to hear about the warranty upsale, etc. Fastforward a month and the check engine light comes on. It’s an emissions leak that’s covered by warranty so no big deal. I tell the service dept I’m leaving town but if they can get me in I would have it serviced there first. I brought it in at 8am they shuttle me to my other car and they have it for 8 hrs. When I go back to see why no one is returning my calls it is sitting at least one car back in line at the bay. No one even looked at it. Brandon is the service guy that I was dealing with and he said oh yeah next time just know it always takes 1 to 2 days for diagnosing. There will be no next time, Sir. It really bothers me that no one seems to get that you are dealing with a human that has the same daily struggles and vehicles play a huge role in a persons life. As a car dealership you have the power to enhance or give dismay to a key aspect of someone’s livelihood and ability to function. Yes, I get that it’s just another unit sold to most and everyone is trying to get the best deal. That’s why that video is so deceptive. I can really get behind doing business with someone that seems to lean into the job they are doing and not just the commissions $$. As an uber driver I trade out my cars for newer ones after 2 yrs. Nissan has been my standard car until now. I’m very satisfied with VW and will probably stay with it. But that’s no thanks to this dealership. I hope someone reads this and does better. They sent me a feedback link that I used to try and communicate this issue, no call back yet.
I truly wish I was reviewing this with another 5 star after our recent purchase of an 2026 XC90. Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience buying a car I've ever had. We bought the car and got the sealant added on, only to pick up our car 24hrs later to discover it wasn't done or even washed. Imagine showing your friends and they didn't even wash the car. Then, we drop the car back off to have it done thinking it was just a mistake. They sealed the bugs and dirt into the paint. Neither time was the car inspected. Well we just wanted to enjoy our car for the weekend and bring it back to be redone again (3rd times the charm) on Monday. We use the car Friday and find out the back door is disabled( cant open). So we dropped our car off and got a loaner. Which that was a bother to them. I will say Mark was a pleasure but their GSM Dustin was not even worth wasting breathe on. He never followed through on anything, didnt call back, and just made stuff up to get me away from him. (Still owe me a full tank bud). This was our 4th car as a family from Sheppard Motors and will really question if we ever go back. $75,000 for the worst customer service by a high-end car sales company. Only saving grace is service Brandon (hope youre better soon) Nolan, and Bobby (for taking the ball Dustin Dropped). Love the service department for Eugene.
