Had to have my 2020 Kona transmission replaced (bad news) but it was within the drivetrain warranty (good news). Nikki and Marley of the service team were clear about the process, helpful with a loaner, and most of all, friendly. Bonus was the detailing that I did not ask for nor expect. Excellent service experience.

Quick and professional. Thank you, Adam, for keeping things moving so I was able to make my commitment in Lebanon on time. Was nice to come back and pick up my car with a fresh wash, too.

I recently had some unexpected issues with my 2015, Hyundai Sonata and took it to Shepherd Motors to get it checked out. The staff I dealt with were incredibly helpful and attentive. They diagnose the issue quickly, explained exactly what repairs were necessary. My car is running perfectly now. I really appreciate the honest communication and great customer care that I received. I am incredibly grateful to Duane Thompson, Josh, Taran, and Kat. Sincerely, Thank You Tina Burian

This was our first time purchasing a new car and Tairee was phenomenal. Answered all of our questions, didn't push us on any decisions, and didn't contact us relentlessly. Hands down the best experience I could ask for when purchasing a new vehicle and would gladly return to work with Tairee again.

Went to see how much they’d offer for my. 2001 Ford Mustang GT (excellent condition) with only 52,100 miles all factory original and they said they’d offer 5,000-6,000 on a 14,270 value car. I’ve got it appraised and it’s about 13,800-14,270 This dealership only tried to scam me by offer much much less than what the real value is by thinking I wouldn’t know.
