They’ve really went above and beyond to ensure I was getting into a vehicle I wanted and was comfortable with. They stayed after hours just to accommodate. I want to start by saying Ray, our salesman, was great. He was honest, patient, and explained everything clearly. He really did his job well and treated us with respect throughout the process. Unfortunately, the issues started after that. We purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, and during the very first test drive we noticed a squeaking/rubbing sound from the brakes. We told them we would not take the vehicle unless that issue was addressed. Ray had management write up a contract stating that if the brakes were still making the noise after three weeks, they would replace them. Well, it has now been three weeks, the brakes are still making the same noise, and after notifying Ray (who said he would contact management), I’ve heard nothing back for over 48 hours — even though I’ve already had to make my first car payment. And that’s not the only issue. About 3–4 days after buying the car, the battery completely died, causing me to miss a day of work. The automatic trunk stopped working shortly after purchase and still hasn’t been properly fixed even after bringing it back. And the day after buying the vehicle I discovered it had zero oil in it, which meant I had to buy oil myself just to protect the engine and then wait a week for an oil change. There was also a lot of misleading information during the buying process. We were told the bank picks the car when you’re approved, but when we spoke directly to the bank, they told us RightWay chooses the vehicle. At first we did say we were open to an SUV, but they brought us a very large three-row SUV. When we asked if we could look at a smaller car, we were told no. Later on, they suddenly brought us smaller options — which makes it feel like we were originally pushed into the most expensive vehicle possible because my co-signer has a strong income. To be clear: Ray did his job well. The issues we’ve had are with management and the lack of follow-through after the sale. Right now I’m still waiting for them to honor the contract and fix the brakes and repair the trunk they already said they fixed. This review is simply the honest experience I’ve had so far.
