Gilbert was awesome. All sales representatives were busy with other customers. I told him i was ready to purchase a car cash today. I was done with the process in less than 30 mins. When he brought the car up for a test drive he noticed the windshield wipers weren’t working. He told me if i bought the car today he will have it fixed before i pull out the lot. I really appreciate him taking the time to assist me today with my vehicle purchase.

I had such a great experience working with Michelle. She was friendly, honest, and straight to the point, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The vehicle was amazing, and she really took the time to make sure everything was right for me. What stood out the most is how understanding she was. I was feeling a bit overstimulated with Saturday rush hour, and she picked up on that right away and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. That meant a lot. Michelle is truly amazing, and I’d definitely recommend working with her if you want someone who genuinely cares and keeps it real.
As soon as I walked into, the sales floor is Beautiful!!! Whatever used car you could imagine is here, from a Honda odyssey to a Mercedes-Benz G wagon and everything in between. The sales manager Gilbert is amazing to work with. Also a shout out to a couple sales people Troy and Michelle for making the car buying process a breeze. I’ll definitely be buying another car from here.
I bought my first car at Cincy Auto Mall and had a great experience. Michelle Haines was very communicative and helpful in guiding me through this process. I got my car a month ago and I haven’t had any issues with it. The price was amazing for the amount of mileage and year of the car. The only hiccups were that I was told I could only pay in cash or check, but then later on I was told I could do card as well. Also, my car had cigarette burns, I wasn’t expecting that.
