Came in looking for suv and left with suv. Josh got me approved in less than hour and half. He was so helpful and understanding. He sold me a beautiful car and I love it. I would recommend going here to get car if you need one with low down payment and low monthly payment

Went to Fairfield Cincy Auto Credit not feeling very confident after months of desperation trying to find a car with a considerable down payment due to my credit issues, and after my experience yesterday, I’m not sure why I put this place off for so long. Josh was able to hook me up with a 2015 Chevy Trax that I am in loveeeee with! Of course all used cars have something about them, but I cant really complain much about the vehicle I left with. Minor cosmetic damage ( cheap & easy to fix), no mechanical issues. Considering my situation, I am blessed to have received the help and vehicle that I did. Cincy Auto Credit really gives you a chance no matter your situation, and will help you build your credit so you can find something better down the line. If this place is going to sell a car first of all know what or what not is on your lot when someone calls in to check prices! Second of all you don't hang up on a person who calls in who's politely asking how much a vehicle is and thirdly! Turn around and text you and want to have a full conversation about what you called in for in the first place! I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing and your only getting one star because I had to give it to you to leave this post 👍🏾 for the record I just told you the truth 😭😭 to many good car dealerships on RT 4 to upset found what I needed at Camargo it's sad that you can respond to a review and can't give me a simple price ! Oh well I'm over it 😂😂👿
