Good people and a good experience. We appreciated their going the extra mile so I didn't end up with a car that I would have regretted later.

Auto express is the best car place I've ever been too. I just got my third car through them and they worked with me on everything. Dana was exceptional and was very patient with me and my kids. I've been dealing with them for years now and the service is always exceptional. 10/10

Angel was an absolute.... Angel! She was transparent from the beginning, kept the process quick and painless, but I didn't feel rushed. Worked with me on my down payment and got me into something that I actually liked. Hands down one of the best experiences at a used car dealership.

In the beginning, I had issues with the way I was dealt with concerning the truck that I purchased. I felt then and I feel now, that I was not properly explained to as far as the purchase agreement and when I wanted to take my time and come back later I was not giving that chance and was hurry along to watch the video, but I agree to pay so I have been paying my car now every month since then. I feel as if the vehicles there are price way too high above the Blue Book value, now not an expert but I'm also not a dummy and speaking on behalf of the vehicle I purchase I believe I was charged way too much especially for the year that it is. But I really needed a vehicle I sometimes if you're not paying attention shit will happen. Now on the other hand as far as the customer service of certain employees I was very pleased with and still very happy with the informative way that these persons take their time to explain everything and answer any questions you have, they never get mad they listen to all your concerns and that's what I really appreciate about this place. The people that I'm speaking of the first one is Mike I don't know his last name but I believe he's the black guy, I can say that because I'm black as well, anyways I've been dealing with him concerning payments and information anything that I need to know or any of my grief for the longest and he's very good at making you feel comfortable and heard. I never even met this man in person yet but I feel like I know him forever so Mike, kudos to you and thank you for acknowledging any concerns or just listening to me I think you need a raise. Now there's another woman that I recently been dealing with, and at first I didn't think she was going to be concerning and and caring and had the same type of spirit as Mike. But she shocked me and she is a very nice woman, she listens to you you have any questions she will explain everything to you to the best of her knowledge. Every business should have people like Mike and Sheena people like them is what real customer service is about and they should be rewarded and acknowledged. Truthfully if it wasn't for them I think my experience with this car dealership will be way different because I'm actually still paying on that car. So I gave them four stars because of those two extra special people, Mike and Sheena. I also have to say she even sent me a get-well card when she found out I was in the hospital. Now I'm not no big mushy or no pushover but I acknowledge when a person has a good heart or attempts to go outside the box, that's how I live my life everyday of the year. Auto Express you should really thank you're two employees. Once again Mike and Sheena thanks for all your help. First off, i just wanna say thanks to Mike of Auto Express. He helped me out alot with my new vehicle so i got nothing bad to say about him personally. Secondly, this is probaly THE BEST car lot outta Hamilton since so many are scam artists. This is more of a mixed review for me so I'll just go through the pros and cons of this place. I got a car through these guys with only 75,000 miles on it. I test drove about 6 cars which made them a little impatient and I lowkey felt rushed to buy a car but thats probably my only complaint. Anyways I finally found something fairly new and low mileage but it came with a couple problems according to Midas. (as you should expect with used car lots) Midas gave me a paper of what was wrong with it and I took it to Auto Express. At this point I only had the car for about a week and a half, and they fixed those problems FREE OF CHARGE thanks to Mike since I brought the car back so early after purchasing. DO NOT WAIT TO BRING THIS CAR BACK TO THEM FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIRS IF YOU'RE HAVING PROBLEMS. after 30 days they really enforce the warranty, and the warranty mainly covers the engine components. I had caliper and tie rod issues which wasnt covered but Mike worked with me and it only took them about 3 days. Thanks again to Mike and im liking the car
