I bought this super cute Juke from Doug @ Quality Auto! I was in a major car accident on July 19, 2024 and was without a car for 3 weeks. I found Doug’s listing on FB Marketplace. Great guy, worked with me to get my payment where I needed. They also offer a 12k or 12mo warranty on all their cars. But they also will provide labor for free after the warranty (if still making payments) you buy the part(s). And as a single woman that is very nice and you can trust them. Ten stars!!! The best cash car lot on Dixie Highway and arguably, Cincinnati in general. You're going to get a clear cut balance to pay biweekly and it's the same for everyone. Very easy process to test drive and purchase. Very friendly people. Everyone is kind and flexible, especially the lady at the front desk and Doug. Doug would not sell me a car that I saw in the back of the lot because it had underlying major issues. They are trustworthy. Listen, your car is going to be repossessed if you don't pay your bill!! It's not their fault and they're not bad people for following a process. These are reasonable people who recognize most buyers are working middle class. Would love to buy a second car from them! THANK YOU QUALITY AUTO!!!!

On February 19 about a 2018 Ford escape from quality auto center. I gave him $2600 for this car that didn’t even last me for two months. I went to them several times it’s complaining about the car kept overheating didn’t have antifreeze on the ground didn’t know where the antifreeze was going, and the mechanic just told me to just kind of keep an eye on the antifreeze level to make sure the car didn’t run hot several times I experience the car wouldn’t start for whatever reason I once again took it back to them the car wouldn’t start the antifreeze. He said it was the reservoir cap all along the antifreeze was leaking into the oil the where they said I had a blown head gasket so I end up getting a car towed back for them to look and see what’s wrong they saying I need a whole new engine now mind you I only had this car for two months and remember I kept taking it back to them for them to look at it and see what was going on with it and he just kept saying it was so cool and just make sure you put coolant in there and now they say in order for me to get another car I had to pay for a whole new engine which I had to pay for upfront and then they’ll do the work….. Don’t BUY a CAR FROM this car place

Just read the reviews, everyone that is 4-5 star they were told to do that after purchasing car . You will find no lies Almost everyone has deleted or changed their good review because of way these people handle business . Be a friend of the land you lay your business on or don’t do business at all. My family was sold a car here and it didn’t work at all . The cars tires blew the first day of purchasing , both of the front tires . The car also needed worked on in the engine and it took a month and a half for them to fix it and give it back all while paying on this car that she hasn’t even driven but a few days yet. Just steer clear and take your business elsewhere or you’ll regret it . Personally i would take your business to somewhere such as auto express of Hamilton or ideal cars guaranteed where i actually have had success . Thank you .
