My husband and I drove a couple hours to buy our Prius from Rafi a couple months ago. We're extremely happy with our purchase, and the paperwork was handled as quickly and efficiently as any large car dealership. We will definitely return if we need another car. And Rafi, I have to admit, I have already enjoyed the heated seats!

Rafi was incredibly sweet, helpful, and informative. He was very straightforward and forthcoming about car history and pricing. Immediately had information for the car we were interested in and was very prepared. Good pricing as well. Definitely recommend.

Mine and Rafi's first encounter was interesting. We were both having bad days and it did not go well. However Rafi contacted me after leaving apologizing. I respected that a lot. After talking to each other we both apologies for being rude. I told him I would come back. Came back a few days later and he taught me a ton about Priuses. I was impressed with his knowledge. His vibe is very genuine and he does not seem like your normal used car dealer. He comes off well put together and educated. Me and him had a great conversation that day. I came back the next day with the cash to buy and it was super simple, quick and he hooked me up. I'm now the owner of a sick 2010 Prius. I will be purchasing my future cars from him as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recomend buying a vehicle from Rafi. He is very smart when it comes to finding really nice, usually one-owner cars. I am beyond happy with my Prius and would certainly buy from him again. Rafi is a man of his word, long story short, I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. I could only afford to leave a $50 deposit until the insurance check came. Rafi waited 2 weeks for me to get the check. I was so embarrassed but he was kind and understanding. Thank you Rafi... Rob

Rafi and his co-workers are fantastic. I bought a Prius from them in May 2020. So far I've put more than 1000 miles on it, and it's been great. The "check engine" light came on the day after I bought it (which didn't seem to impact driving performance or anything, but still a slight concern), and he was great about fixing everything, and returned the car with plastic over the seats and steering wheel to minimize the possibility of COVID-19 transmission. I wasn't sure what type of operation this would be when I saw their ads on craigslist: I didn't know if I'd need to make my own arrangements for plates, for example. But they had everything in order so I could drive off the lot. It's certainly not a fancy operation, but it's perfect if you want a great deal on a used car from friendly, knowledgeable folks who are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously.
