My spouse and I released the vehicle (CX 90 turbo preffered trim) today (july 22, 2026) with the help of sales agent Jacob Gonzales. Although there were some obstacles at first, he explained clearly the things we needed to prepare so we could successfully get the vehicle from the dealership. Until we went home, he accompanied us to the unit and explained all the specifications and answered our questions about the vehicle we purchased. Thank you to Jacob and the sales team, we are hoping and looking forward that the service team will be as excellent as the sales team. GOD BLESS
This was my first time buying a car, so I made sure to do a lot of research, including reading reviews about Romano Mazda. I also visited other dealerships to compare, but my experience here really stood out. Mr. Kobe was very professional, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured. Honestly, I expected the usual dealership experience where they push you to make a decision, especially since I experienced that elsewhere, but Romano Mazda was different. What impressed me most was how transparent and helpful they were throughout the process. Even after approval, they still worked to lower the numbers more than I expected. Everything felt smooth, honest, and stress-free. That was a big reason why I decided to go with them, and I definitely have no regrets.

Dissatisfied with the lack of finding a solution in a timely fashion on their part, in regards to a mistake they made during a car sale. My wife and I definitely feel as if there could have been a solution for the inconvenience, that would have been satisfactory for all parties. The GM acknowledged the mess up, and I know people are human and mistakes happen, but there is always a resolution possible to right the wrong. Hopefully this is a learning experience for all involved, I know it was for us. This review is not to deter others from having their experience here, more so, for the dealership to learn from.
