Really satisfied with the experience I had at the service center at this dealership. I travel for work and needed an oil change and it was pleasant all the way through. When I called to make the appointment I spoke with Rodney who was pleasant and happy to work with my schedule to get me an appointment. When I got there I worked with Abeigh who was very knowledgeable and transparent about what to expect and how long to expect it to take. When they found an issue with my truck they explained it clearly, gave me some options, and were happy to take me to my truck so the mechanic Louis (Lou? Not positive on name but you were incredible) could show me the issue. As a blonde girl who drives a diesel you never know what you are going to face when getting service done but the employees of this service center absolutely knocked it out of the park. And extra kudos to the mechanic- for explaining things in a way that I could understand them, Ensuring, I understood what I needed to do to be safe, and taking the time to make sure me and my truck were taken care of. I don’t impress easily but I’m impressed with all of you. Thank you! For your knowledge and for your integrity. It’s a rare thing in today’s world.

Everyone that works here is awesome! I would like to give a shout out to Abby (think I spelled her name wrong) I just love her! Always friendly and keeps me in the loop about my vehicle! Kudos to the gentleman who was the shuttle driver, he was very nice and I got home safely! Thank you!! Thank you for the guy (forgot name) who worked on my car. I was in a car accident a few months. The driver ran a red light and got both of my passager side doors good. A friend of mine recommended getting my car repaired here. The driver who hit me, their insurance is through state farm and they use this place. It took state farms months to get this approved. But once it did it only took this body shop 8 days to repair the car with the paint job! Let me tell great experience here! They made it so easy. This place also has a relationship with the enterprise in East Syracuse for car rentals while your car is being repaired. They both made it so easy. Ken was who I worked with at the body shop here and he also communicated with me on what needed to be done, how to work with enterprise, and the new car doors I got are great! The paint job matches the car. You can't even tell I was in an accident. I definitely recommend coming here if youre ever in an accident or need repairs done. Ken was a huge help and whoever worked on my car did a great job!

Where shall I start, from the moment I walked in I was treated the same way I was when we purchased our last vehicle from Bill Rapp and that truly was like family. Rocco was our salesman and excellent does not even begin to describe the experience we had with him. Attentive and put everyone one of our needs first, even contacting us outside of his working hours. we had a few concessions we wanted and he delivered! When we finally decided to purchase the Yukon I worked with John in finance and he was amazing. I have never worked with a finance individual that was truly happy for us when he got us a better rate it was so refreshing and again the feeling like he was working for his family member when he was so excited to get the better rate which solidified our deal. The pick up experience was just as excellent Rocco took the time to explain everything about our new vehicle never once did I feel rushed or was spoken down to he was so incredibly patient and thorough a true gem of an employee!!!. We are still working through a few things but I am confident all that will go just as smoothly. We were also congratulated by the sales manager as well as Kyle just an over all GREAT experience. We will definitely be coming back and I would not hesitate to recommend Rocco or anyone at Bill Rapp to my friends and family. We LOVE our new vehicle!!!!

The staff is always friendly, that being said though I took my car in today for an issue. 800 dollars later I still have the same exact problem it went in for. With the only response being to bring it back. This is the second time I have had issues. Last time a bolt wasn't tightened and it caused an oil leak. That issue was resolved but I do not like multiple trips for repairs. I do not have the time for it. Im not sure there will be a third, I will look elsewhere for service.
