CAGO Auto Group

I would like to share my recent pleasant experience with CAGO Auto. My 2023 Buick ENCORE GX had severe damages in front bumper. Before I visited CAGO Auto, I got quotes from other two dealers. Both of them told me that my entire bumper needs to be replaced and total cost will be more than $2000. Then I took my car to CAGO Auto. With their exceptional skills, they fixed my car without replacing the bumper. This saves me around $1000. My car now looks new! I am very satisfied with their service. I recommend CAGO Auto to everybody without reservation.

CAGO Auto was recommended to us by another mechanic and they were AMAZING! Friday at 4:30 pm on Memorial Day weekend our alternator was dying and they were willing to add us to their workload and got our car fixed by 9 that night so we could continue on a cross-country road trip. Many thanks for their generosity, honesty, and hard work!

Very professional business and Gaoler help me every step of the way with the purchase of this new car gave me a good price took his time ,lots of patience made the visit comfortable he did not cut corners or promise anything that he couldn't hold up. very reputable business. I'll say yes CAGO Auto they're the greatest..

I hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Chow went extra miles to make sure I was comfortable with the car and was direct about the process. I did what dealers despise. I paid in cash. Every dealer marks up for that. Some as much as 20%. The mark up at Yes is reasonable considering their generally low sticker prices. Plus they're a small family business so I felt better about giving them my money. I would look to them if you want to pay cash and ask for Chow. He'll give it to you straight and spend time with you. I would buy another car from them.

** WORST SHOP EVER** Terrible mechanic, can't even maintain his own fleet of vehicles. Worst thing about it, they try to put blame on someone else instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Find someone else never go here.
