I cannot say enough wonderful things about Basil Resale Sheridan!!! When literally no one else from Buffalo to Syracuse gave me a chance, STEVE worked with me RELENTLESSLY to get me into a new lease!!! He didn’t stop until he got me approved. He called me, kept in contact, was honest with me from the beginning and was just overall a very friendly and positive person! I don’t have the best credit but he was able to do it and for that, I’m so grateful for him!! Thank you so much Steve for getting me into a safe, reliable vehicle with all the bells and whistles too. Went to Basil Resale yesterday in search of trading my old vehicle and getting a newer more reliable vehicle. Upon arrival Darius was the first one to greet me at the door and make me feel welcome. He worked with me in finding a couple cars with in my budget. Instead of just having me settle for what was just available, he went above to help me out with finding something that was newer and still fell within the same price range, with way better mileage. Anyone looking for an upgrade or all around new or newer car Basil Resale is the place to go. I also highly recommend that if you do to ask for Darius.
Just bought my 6th car from Basil Resale on Sheridan Drive in Amherst NY. Best cars at very reasonable prices. Sales personnel can’t be beat. Courteous and friendly. Very knowledgeable regarding the cars the have for sale. Highly recommend going there and asking especially for Ray Baller.
