I arrived for my test drive appointment expecting to come back the following day to complete the sales transaction. My sales agent, Emily Kihl, was outstanding. She made the process seamless that same day. Insurance transfer was handled over the phone with my insurance agent. Title and registration transfer went smoothly and I had a printed temporary registration to tape on the windshield. The new registration arrived in the mail a few days later.
