This was the first time I ever purchased a car, the experience could not have been better. I'm a young woman and there is a stereotype that we do not know cars, I did not feel that I was taken advantage of and that had I been a male, I would have a gotten any cheaper price. They have a wonderful sales team, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. It was a great experience and I worked hands on with a wonderful sales rep. Matt Baglio was absolutely fantastic, he knew what he was talking about, was extremely personable, and overall helped me make the right decision for me and my needs. I purchased a pre auction Volvo.... My experience was wonderful...I still have the car have had only maintenance done and I'm very satisfied with Northtown. I felt I was treated as well as anyone spending thousands more on a brand new car. Sales, finance and service all 5 stars.
I do not like shopping for cars, and I would never buy one unless I needed one. That being said, John Rogers is the most patient, well-informed, and customer friendly car salesman I have ever dealt with. I never felt pressured to make a decision and was completely comfortable discussing my reservations and concerns. He also was very helpful in explaining all of the available options from the car selection to the financing. It is uplifting to see some people are still willing to do their homework.
