Be careful with this place. I answered all the questions on the website about car condition as accurately as I could when I wanted to sell my car and was quoted a price. Once at the dealership I was then given an offer that was less than 20% of the original offer. An example question on the website is they ask if any tires are flat, to which I answered no. They don’t ask about tire condition or tread depth. If they did I would have answered that the tire condition and tread depth was bad. I would have been ok (and went in expecting) to get an actual offer that was 10-15% less than the original quoted offer but to get an offer that was more than 80% less when I answered questions honestly made this a not so fun experience. So, my main issue is that the website should ask better questions so that you get a more accurate initial quote. I would say that Justin was a super friendly guy and I had no issues working with him.
Don't waste your time. I received an offer through their online tool that was $3000 less that what I was offered at CarMax. I told Justin I wasn't interested unless he could beat CarMax's offer, which he told me he could if I could "give him 15 minutes" and brought the car in. Brought the car in for an appraisal, and sat around waiting for half an hour only to be given an offer even lower than what I was quoted online. Go to CarMax - you'll be much better off.
