DePaula Ford

I have bought and leased many vehicles from DePaula Ford. I actually live 1/2 mile from another Ford dealership and rather drive to DePaula which is 25 minutes further away from me. When it comes to buying from them I'm treated fairly and in my opinion I can't get a better deal from another Ford dealership. I also have all my vehicles serviced for maintenance and repair if necessary. Chance has been my service advisor for many years. He is friendly, honest and fair and guides you in the right direction without taking advantage of any situation. Make sure you ask for him. DePaula has great customer service whether it's buying or servicing your vehicle. Give them a chance to earn your business you wont regret it. I have brought many family and friends to DePaula to purchase a vehicle and they couldn't agree with me more. Some even live 60 miles away and still bring there vehicle in for regular maintenance service. If I could give 10 stars I would, but only let's you do 5.. I worked with Nick A. He was awesome. Very open and honest did not hide Anything. He was upfront and no BS. The environment at the dealership was very welcoming, clean and relaxing. Every person I talk to and worked with were awesome. I got my new car and I’m super happy I dealt with a bunch of Insurance BS and Nick was quick to hop on the phone and call whoever needed to be called to get my policy. I thought I would have to do all the running around, but he did it for me. They 100% are my dealership now and he will be getting all my return business. The sales process at DePaula Ford was incredibly smooth. Most of the process was done days before I arrived to the dealership. So when I arrived, all that was needed was for me to check out the car, test drive it, ensure the Financials were everything I was expecting, and Boom. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. Smooth as silk! And the team was transparent overall. Highly recommend!

Purchased in December ‘25 from DePaula which was a simple transaction. Returned in May for scheduled service. Booked online, very simple to schedule. Had small leak from rear differential seal, Ford issue not a dealership issue. Called to let me know would need to keep overnight. Arranged a loaner truck, nice Ranger. Got text truck ready, did all communication through text since answering phone during nursing shift is distracting and difficult. Picked up during lunch break. Will return for future services as needed and we will be bringing wife’s Jeep in for routine service’s. Recommend DePaula for sales and service based on simple sales process and ease of using service department.

John Fulgan was great. Agreeing on a fair price was very easy and we all felt it worked for the dealership and myself. Bronco arrived as it was advertized on the web page. A slight mix up on a dealer installed option was handled well and corrected quickly. This was one of my best car purchasing events. I highly reccomend John if you are in the market for a Ford.
