My visit to DePaula was very positive. The salesman (Chris) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and the availability of that vehicle as well as alternative models. We were able to find a truck that more than fit my needs and come to agreement on a fair price. The paperwork required to close the deal went very smoothly and the overview of the truck before I departed was very helpful. I'll say they were great to deal with.(Nick)salesman was very helpful. Above and beyond best experience yet at a dealership. Unfortunate part was the truck I wanted wasn't shipped due to chip shortages. Surprise to me! but one showed up and wasn't spoken for yet and Nick called to see if I wanted that one or wait weeks to months for the other one to show. a little more $ (leather), but everything else same as other one. Plus they don't mark up msrp, actually got $2250.00 off. Great experience overall.

Scheduled an appointment for my truck to have the EVAP purge valve checked out/replaced under warranty. They told me to be there for 1pm. Upon arrival they diagnosed the issue very quickly and said that it was too late in the day to replace the EVAP purge valve. So we scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. about two weeks later so it could be done in one day. I dropped my truck off at 6:45a.m. the morning of my appointment and left the key in the drop box. I arrived back at the service department to pickup my vehicle at 3:45 p.m. They then told me that the truck had not been serviced yet and asked if I could leave it for the weekend. This was not going to work for me. There is no reason why I should be further inconvenienced due to the service advisors incompetence.
