Destination Kia

I parked in the Nissan bay by accident (they are right next to each other) and the guy at Nissan backed it out for me and drove it right next door to Kia - greeted before I even walked in the door, told where to go, then was helped immediately - quick, efficient & friendly. Sat in the lounge in super comfy chairs, water, tea and coffee available - TV, charging outlets, when I left around noon a lady was even getting the popcorn machine going. Lol When they were done checking the KIA, everything was summarized, we planned a service date for repairs, I was led with my paperwork out to the KIA which was running with the a/c on and they must have put some new car scent in, it was clean and ready to go. . just wow. The chain of service was thoughtful and thorough, so I have to give it a solid 10. A pleasant experience in what typically usually isn't when it comes to vehicle repair. A+

Alex and Josh were phenomenal. Alex was able to answer any questions that I had, and helped get the numbers around where I wanted them. Josh was great in finance, explained everything extremely thoroughly. Altogether, the experience was great and the people I dealt with made the process extremely easy and smooth. If anyone goes there, I highly recommend dealing with Alex and Josh.

I made my first visit to Destination Kia yesterday, after a short and awful experience with service down the road. The service staff at Destination was very friendly and even managed to squeeze our car into the schedule for a warrantied problem that posed a safety concern ( drive 70 miles on our super well maintained NY highways with a blown shock, trust me, it's NOT fun! ). Every person I ran across was very friendly, so after walking around the lot for awhile we went into the sales room. I was greeting by a very nice young lady who took our names and asked if we would like to talk to a salesperson. I figured, what heck, why not. She introduced us to Breonna, who is truly a lovely person. We explained what was going on and our basic situation, long story short, we left with a new car and happy. What started off as a terrible day at 8AM ended nicely by the afternoon. I would recommend Breonna all day, everyday. Andrew in finance was awesome as well. I don't think I so much as walked past an employee without getting a friendly greeting. Great experience.

I highly recommend Bryan Boodhoo as the salesperson to work with at this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. The 'showroom' personnel have a friendly attitude, but Bryan stands out. He makes you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease buying a new car. He goes at your pace, answers every question, and does follow-up if you need. He treats you with respect, listens to you, and makes you feel heard.

Did not figure out what is wrong with our brand new Sportage that has 2500 miles on it. In addition when I came to pick the vehicle up at 5pm after speaking with John at 10:39 that morning, the car was completely covered in snow and had never been cleaned off. The General Sales manger came out and had the vehicle cleaned up. Extremely disappointing customer service on all ends. We even left a message and sent texts to David Miller and never heard a word back or any follow up to date. I thought your professionalism and culture there was much better than that but I guess not !!!
