I recently bought my car from here as an out-of-state buyer, and the entire process was handled smoothly over the phone. I couldn’t be happier with how professional and seamless everything felt despite never stepping foot on the lot until taking delivery. Jonathan was fantastic to work with. We communicated exclusively by phone and he made the whole experience easy and transparent. He patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information and photos/videos of the vehicle, and kept me updated every step of the way. Jonathan was knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy — he genuinely helped me find the right car for my needs even from hundreds of miles away. Richard was equally impressive. He clearly explained all the financing options over the phone, and secured me an excellent rate that fit my budget perfectly. The paperwork was handled promptly and efficiently. Our service appointment at Volkswagen of Santa Fe could not have gone better. On our way home after picking up our new ID. Buzz, an ‘inspection service’ message had appeared. Lupe and Brian went out of their way to check the vehicle and assure us there were no problems, and Lupe and Lucas saw to it that we had a critical charging accessory that was missing when we took delivery at the other dealership. Bart spent time chatting with us and answered all our questions. Everyone we met seemed genuinely concerned that we leave happy. Outstanding service.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at this dealership under less than ideal circumstances. My check engine light came on in New Mexico during a cross-country drive from California to New Jersey and I required immediate assistance with no advance notice or appointment. The staff, especially the manager Brian, handled the situation with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, diagnosing the problem quickly and ensuring I could continue my drive without significant delay. I came in from out of town last weekend to check out a Jetta at Volkswagen of Santa Fe and had a great experience. Jonathan was an amazing salesperson, low pressure and was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Even from the start when I was inquiring about the vehicle (from out of state) Jonathan took his time and helped me answer any questions I had. We just picked up a Golf Autobahn. Jonathan Trujillo was great. He made choosing our GTI, test driving and closing smooth and without pressure.
