BMW Santa Fe truly has a dream team. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. A special shoutout to Domacio, Ivan, James, and Abdallah for taking such great care of me throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Buying a car can be stressful, but this team made it enjoyable and seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my new BMW. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, I highly recommend BMW Santa Fe.
I love my Mini and I love my Mini dealer! They are always efficient and professional but also personable and very kind and take wonderful care of me and my Mini. I showed up without an appointment because I had a tire blowout and they accommodated me, sent me home in an Uber, ordered the tire, replaced it the next day and sent an Uber to pick me up and washed my car - I love that. Thanks Mini!
My experience was top notch! Abraham was on top of all the paperwork and things moved quickly and before I knew it I was driving off the lot in my new X5! It was a smooth and wonderful! Thank you to Joey Chavez and Abraham Santistevan for giving me a top notch experience!
I bought my 2020 BMW cross over in January 2026, I don’t do much driving. I’ve only put about 250 miles on the vehicle since then and today is July 21, 2026 yesterday I had to run some errands during the middle of the day and realized my air conditioner does not work.. I’m sure they check this out and New but failed to let me know. I didn’t turn on the air conditioner in January because it was cold and snowing that day.. Extremely poor customer service and experience! They are dishonest. Definitely do not recommend this company for anyone!
Terrible experience at Santa Fe BMW. We own two BMWs and took our 2024 230i in for service and they scratched the front bumper and then tried to tell us that we did the damages to the vehicle. We were told by the manager that he could provide us camera footage of us pulling into the bay and we agreed to that, but after weeks, the GM simple told us that the cameras on the dealership lot did not work. There is zero accountability at this location. If you value the condition of your vehicle don’t take it here make the trip to Sandia BMW in Albuquerque, the service there is great as well as the staff and they take care of your car. This location is shady
