We were passing through Santa Fe recently on a road trip from the East coast, and after a stop our Escalade wouldn’t turn over when we tried to start it. After getting jump started, we took our car to Cadillac of Santa Fe. Being from out of town, and at that point without a car, we weren’t sure of the service priority we would get. Well, I have to say, the courteous customer service and timeliness of the repairs at this dealership was great. Victor in customer service, and the drivers that took us back to where we were staying and picked us up when the car was fixed were a pleasure to deal with. When we got our car back, it was all fixed correctly, it was washed, the interior was cleaned, and it even had tire shine on the tires. Go figure! All for an out of town customer that will probably never see them again. I highly recommend these folks.

I live in Albuquerque, NM. The SUV workhorse I owned since new after 20 years decided throw the crankshaft at 300K miles. So, I decided at 57 to upgrade to a Porsche. Researching online I found Cadillac of Santa Fe posting a nice black pre-owned Panamera at a fair enough price to go look at. This garaged vehicle owned by a retired doctor in Santa Fe, and was traded in for and Escalade. In my rental car I went up there on an appointment I had easily made through their virtual agent for a test drive with sales representative Steve Montano. We went for a drive and I fell in love with the car. Pre-arranged, I had phoned the local Porsche dealer for a shop in Santa Fe that I could bring this car to to have it inspected. With permission after the test drive this dealership let me take to Executive Automotive; the only Porsche & Audi shop of note in town who combed through it for an hour with a grade of 2 thumps up. Back at the dealership I negotiated the price to below the JD Power book value for year and mileage without pressure or uncomfortableness, but to the point where I felt I was getting a good deal. Most importantly, as I had asked for ahead of my test drive, a vehicle such as this needs to have great documentation of service and history. And, Cadillac of Santa Fe provided me with the entire service and ownership history since it's purchase date. Plus, at their dealership prior to selling it they outfitted the Porsche with brand new tires, oil & filter, air filter, battery, wipers & hood struts. I paid half in cash & financed the other with my own credit which was no hassle. When it came to take her home Steve came down from Santa Fe and picked up at work after I had turned in my rental and taking Uber to work, to head up north an hour with him to get the keys. They had the car all ready with emission inspection, temporary plates all with the car completely detailed as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. My nice black Chile Capitol plates look great on this black car which got mailed to mail a couple of weeks later so I didn't have to drive back up there needlessly. Overall, a great shopping experience for a quality used performance vehicle. Oh, by the way while visiting around their showroom they do have a lot of really nice Cadillacs and Chevrolet vehicles. Buying a Porsche, I was particularly impressed by the line up of Corvettes on the showroom floor. Thank you Steve
