I recently brought my Ford F-250 diesel into Capitol Ford for a recall repair and left with an even greater appreciation for how this dealership does business. From the service side, my advisor, Tim Wanish, was exceptional. He was professional, communicative, and made the entire process seamless. He kept me informed throughout the visit and demonstrated the kind of customer service that builds long-term trust. While waiting for the shuttle, I spent some time looking at vehicles and had the opportunity to speak with Patrick Martinez. Even though I wasn’t actively shopping that day, Patrick took the time to answer questions, discuss options, and provide information without any pressure. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. In an industry where sales experiences can vary significantly, Patrick stood out for all the right reasons. When the time comes for my next vehicle purchase, he’ll be one of the first people I call. What impressed me most, however, is the dealership itself. Capitol Ford remains family-owned, and their approach to business reflects it. Love this dealer! Got a beautiful Bronco Sport Outer Banks Sasquatch for a great price and excellent trade in value. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Sandra in finance is fantastic. All the sales guys are great as was my salesman Adrian. Small factory and shipping imperfections were quickly remedied. This is the new Ford and beats my prior bmw x3 service and quality!

Friendly staff. Trini did his best to find me what I was looking for and worked with me to be able to get the payment I was wanting. The finance department. Ish explained everything thoroughly and didn’t push me to purchase anything else. Tony Sena manager was also very helpful in working the numbers to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Great crew.
