My experience with Auto Savvy was extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle from them, but after only three days, I was told to bring it back and find something else. They put me in a similar 2022 vehicle with fewer miles. After I signed the paperwork and drove away, the vehicle started breaking down. The steering wheel locked up while I was driving, making it difficult or impossible to control safely. It was a frightening experience. When I reported the problem, I was told it was due to a low battery and that the power steering stopped because of the alternator. Based on what I experienced, that explanation did not make sense to me or address my concerns about the vehicle’s safety. I expected a safe, reliable vehicle and much better customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Savvy.
