We took our Range Rover in for a warning light on the dash. The problem was identified, repaired and we were pleasantly surprised at the bill. The Rover was detailed & looked really nice. Everyone we dealt with in service and in payments was amazing. Friendly and kept us up to date because we had to travel a few hours. Our Rover has found its service home.
On July 30, I discovered that mice had made a meal of wiring in my Range Rover. I showed up at the Range Rover dealership in Santa Fe at 8:00 and discussed the issue with Erik, who has to be the most knowledgeable, customer facing, and honest service manager to grace a car dealership. I worked in the dealership lounge with all the customarily available snacks and beverages. By 10:45, my car had been repaired, washed, and returned to me. Somehow, it felt like a new car again.
I purchased my 2023 Land Rover Defender from Chrissy Bashore, salesperson, and Chrissy was absolutely incredible to work with. I did everything online and by phone, so that when I showed up to her office, I would be in and out of the dealership quickly, and I was! Chrissy was friendly, knowledgeable, organized and just an absolute pleasure. I did my financing with the finance manager, Derek Donahue, and he had everything ready to go and was also a pleasure to work with. From the time arrived, I had everything finalized and left with my new Defender within two hours. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Land Rover for your next purchase. I can't say enough how wonderful this experience was. Thank you Chrissy and Derek! I am absolutely loving my Defender! :-)
Land Rover in Santa Fe is such a great community…family. From the time you make that first call to the first time you leave after a service appointment, case management is 100%, service is 100%, and when miscommunication or mistakes are made…response is 100%. I will only use this community for my Defender’s needs. Professional and friendly people every time.
O2 sensor went out LR Santa Fe covered under Warranty which saved quite a bit of Money, I needed new brakes after 95K miles and they replaced them at a very competitive price with OEM pads. Car was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. Cameron did a great job communicating with me about the service
