Rusty Drewing Pre Owned

I just purchased my third car from Mercedes Pre-Owned, and once again they exceeded every expectation. Scott was a huge help throughout the entire process and made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. **** See update below- I honestly hoped to write a “stellar” review as Scott Calhoun acting on behalf of the Drewing family promised me they would fix my daughter’s car. They did not. 12.21.2019 I bought my daughter and granddaughter *(5 mos) a Ford Escape 2014 with 80,125 miles on it. I was assured by Steve Rennell’s that a major check had been done on the car and there are not major issues at all. And, that the Drewings stand behind their family name and would fix or make it right if any issues came up. Bought the car 12.21.2019 Gave it to my daughter/granddaughter 12.25.2019 Car broke down 12.26.2019 Fixed it, they barely made it to Mississippi Stranded my daughter and 5 mo. old grand daughter on a highway in MS 3 times. I have had over 53 contacts in person, by email, and by text with Scott Calhoun who is acting on behalf of the Drewing family. Mr. Calhoun did approve repairs to be made at a shop in MS where my daughter lives. 4.9.2020 The car is still sitting at a mechanic’s shop, torn apart, not moved to date. I trusted the Drewings and wanted to buy “hometown”. I’m out a lot of money and my daughter still does not have a car. ***UPDATE to the review- I am happy to report that this issue has been resolved. As of this morning, April 15, 2020, this problem has been solved. Pre-Owned of Columbia; Owner, Rusty Drewing; Manager, Scott Calhoun; and Sales Rep: Paula Chapman were instrumental in ensuring that my daughter received a comparable car in place of the problem car. Thank you so much!!

I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. Key’n I believe was my sales representative and the service was outstanding. I left that dealership, not only with an amazing deal, but also with some amazing advice. 10/10!!!!!!

I would highly recommend working with the team at Preowned of Columbia if you are looking to purchase a new car for yourself! Both the salesman, Graham, and the Sales Manager, Scott, were great to work with and were incredibly helpful. They both went out of there way to make sure that I was properly taken care of. They both worked with me on getting a car that would work for me and we were able to find a great vehicle!
