If I could give Justin Causevic-Davidson ten stars, I would. I was cross-shopping a new truck from Chicago and reached out to Machens Ford online. Justin answered right away and immediately went to bat for me. He is hands-down the easiest, most professional salesman I've worked with. He worked tirelessly with his sales desk to match my target numbers and handled a hectic paperwork situation like an absolute pro. The level of communication was stellar from start to finish. I live in California and Cameron Neal is my grand nephew. I was gonna purchase a bronco from him because he said I could but I told him I really wanted the VW ID Buzz. He said aunt Mary get the Buzz! I finally went to the VW dealership here in the Los Angeles area and they had one left and it was the one I wanted. I text Cameron and said “nephew you won’t believe where I am.” I told him and he asked me to send him a picture of the sticker so I did. He told me “Aunt Mary you are not paying that price!” So I proceeded to get the information for financing it and Cameron instructed me to send him a picture of the paper the write the deal on. I did. He text me back and said no, that’s not a good deal so he instructed me on what to tell the salesman I was dealing with. I did. He came back with another offer. I sent a picture of that to Cameron and he texted me back and said no that isn’t what you are paying. This went on two more times and they came back with an out the door price with taxes and licensing less than the sticker price. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never gotten a deal like this. Yes I am family but I know that Cameron will fight for you to get the best car at the best price. Yes he is family but I am so proud of him because of his knowledge and his care for people when it comes to driving a car that a customer wants. And it was his day off and I was bugging him about a car he wouldn’t even get credit for selling. But the credit he gets is far more than what he would get paid for. And for that I am truly blessed to call him family. He has made the heart of his grand auntie proud and full! And of course I put daises….😌🥰😘
