After the tornado dropped a semi truck on our family vehicle we were desperate to find another that would pull our 5th wheel, Lane went above and beyond for us and found exactly what we were looking for. I purchased a vehicle from this place the end of March 2026. I was told by the salesman to bring it back when I got my plates and they would install them. They put the back one on and said they would have to order the bracket for the front one. That was April 9th. I have made numerous phone calls, and left many messages, plus sent numerous emails. If I do get a return call, they say they will call as soon as it arrives. Still no license plate bracket. The salesman was great when I purchased the vehicle straight out. But the whole place, it seems, has just ignored the promise they made to me. As of today June 5,2026, I finally got my license plate bracket installed. Thank you to everyone who helped in getting this accomplished especially Mike Butler.
