This was my first Subaru purchase. So far I’m 1000% satisfied. These guys treat you like royalty! Seriously, Nicholas sold me the car- no pressure, just answered all my questions, and was extremely helpful. Even after the sale I’ve been in a few times and he’s always helpful. Financing was great, and again, no pressure; just super friendly and helpful. Afterwards, I had a love encore appointment where they went back over everything Nicholas went over with me the day of the sale. That appointment was great because it gave me a chance to ask about all the stuff I didn’t know to ask at purchase and things I forgot that Nicholas had covered with me. I just really can’t speak highly enough about the whole process so far. These guys are great to buy from. My best car buying experience ever by far. I totally get why Subaru folks keep coming back for life. Great place to buy and great cars! I love mine!

I recently purchased my THIRD brand new Subaru here and as always it was a very pleasant experience. I had a different salesman this time, Nicholas Nixon, and he was beyond helpful and courteous. Made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions regarding the purchase, financing, trade-in and the new vehicle itself. BTW they gave me an amazing deal on my trade and worked with me on the added warranties to ensure I'm covered for everything since I drive a LOT. Never any high pressure sales for any part of the process. I recommend these guys 1000% and I LOVE my new Subaru Forester Wilderness. Best dealership ever! All staff are helpful and attentive. We have previously purchased an Outback in 2022 and now an Ascent. We have received excellent customer service both times. No pressure, games or gimmicks. All straight forward, honest help and explanation for any question. The Outback we purchased is great, and we’re very happy with the car and the price. However, several issues kept this from being a five‑star experience. Our test drive was smooth, and the salesman was low‑pressure. We negotiated the deal by phone and email and scheduled a noon appointment to sign paperwork. Despite having that appointment, we ended up waiting at the dealership until almost 1:30 to get into the finance office. Once we finished with paperwork there was another delay waiting for the car to get back from a final detail. When the car was finally ready, we were given only one key. This was not disclosed beforehand and was not expected considering it was a 2024 vehicle with just 32K miles. The last disappointment came when we got into the new to us car and saw the gas tank was essentially empty. Overall, the experience was adequate, but the long waits, missing second key, and empty tank kept it from being a five‑star visit.
