I knew exactly what I wanted when my husband and I showed up to Northstar Ford. I showed a picture of the vehicle with the number, he got the keys and pulled it up right away for the test drive. I loved it and we started the process. Our salesman was Jeff Van Meter. He made it so easy!! He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered every question with ease. If you are looking for an honest salesman that knows his stuff see Jeff for sure!! Next we went on to see Bob the finance guy. He was absolutely wonderful. He was new to the team but explained every part of the paperwork to us. If we asked a question he was unsure of he was not afraid to ask for help and get us the answer. I appreciate this kind of honesty so much!! After all of that process it was time to see Tommy. He set up the app on my phone for my new explorer. He showed me how to use all the buttons and settings on the app and the vehicle itself. He was patient and answered every question I had. All of these guys made our experience with Northstar such a positive memorable one. Our first experience was not so good and they more than made up for it! I have since retracted that negative review for this positive one. We are excited for our future business with them as well. Jeff, Bob, Tommy if you guys are reading this-- thanks again for the wonderful experience of buying my first brand new car!! I couldn't have asked for a better team!

It started with a friendly greeting & easy opportunity for my daughter & I to test drive a vehicle of interest. No pressure when I noted i may return later to consider the purchase. Once returned with my husband Dan was polite to go over some of the same information he provided me earlier. Once we decided to purchase the path was smooth. I GREATLY appreciated the employee who sat in the car & helped me connect my cell & showed me all the interior electronic features! Pickup the next day was also easy!! Thanks for a great experience!

I went in looking to see about options in getting a new vehicle since the last was a lemon from a different dealership. Update: It's been 65 days now. I've had nothing but problems with the truck. I've come to find out that it is not road worthy. The frame is disintegrating and has been since I bought it. Making it not road safe. It was sold to me in a condition. It never should have been sold to me. I was expecting to have to put some money into the vehicle.Due to its age, but I wasn't expecting to have to put the entire value.And then some that I paid for the truck into it. I would advise you not to get a vehicle here. Nothing used at least. And I got another lemon... I will never be returning here to buy a car again.
