Krenzen Nissan

As always, my visit to Krenzen Nissan was wonderful. I leased my fifth Nissan, and Gary Summers was incredibly helpful and courteous — even when I changed my mind about the vehicle at the last moment. I could have gone to a closer dealership, but the people at Krenzen Nissan made all the difference in my decision. I can honestly say I have never had such an amazing experience buying a car. Krenzen knocked it out of the park. Where to start: Our salesperson, Donnie Barnes, treated us like superstars. No question, and we asked a lot of questions, seemed to throw him off. Superior. The sales manager, Wayne Erickson, was awesome. He added a personal touch that I have seldom seen from a sales manager. He worked with us to from start to finish. Also superior. What can I say about the gentleman who handled our finance paperwork . . . well, what does one want from finance? Quick, easy, understandable with no high pressure. John Shykes delivered in all areas. I read this, and it sounds almost too good to be true, but that's how good the experience was . . . can't recommend Krenzen and these gentlemen highly enough.

Joe goes above and beyond with his customer service, kindness, work ability to find anything you need, honesty with vehicles, and his experience speaks volumes. Joe actually cares about his customers and have become like family. Joe doesn't just sell you anything to make a dollar. He listens to what the customers wants, needs, and budget is and works from their. He went completely out of his way to find this pathfinder for months for me. When I got the call from Joe his excitement came right through the phone, Tanya I found your car and it will be here in a week. He was just as excited for me and I was to get this car.
