I am not one to write reviews but Bailey blew my expectations. Let me start out by saying I have bought more cars then most and sales people rarely impress me. Bailey on the other hand was AMAZING. She was accommodating to my husband and I's crazy schedule and worked with us through every step. Answering all our questions and making sure we were taken care of. She was also kind and for only being in sales for a short time she's got it down! The years I have been going to Miller Hill Subaru I have rarely been unhappy so I will continue to go, but had to call out Bailey as she was a real joy to work with. I recently worked with Kate and Robert on purchasing a new 2026 Impreza in May. This is the second vehicle we've purchased while working with Kate at this location and first time working with Robert. We really love how kind they are and appreciate them listening to our needs and wants. We are extremely happy with both vehicles and will continue to come to this location in the future when we need a new vehicle. I cannot recommend Kate and Robert enough! They are absolutely amazing! Also the maintenance staff for routine oil changes are great. It is convenient to pull in and get your service done in a timely manner. 10/10 would and do recommend people their way!

We recently purchased a 2026 Crosstrek from Miller Subaru of Duluth. I must say, what a great experience we had. My wife was looking to replace her Jeep. We had been across the street at the Jeep dealership and needless to say had a very unpleasent experience. So my wife wanted to look at the Subaru dealership. I walked into the showroom and the first salesman that I talked to was Matt. He was so nice and low key that he made me want to look at a vehicle there. I knew nothing about Subaru vehicles. Matt was no pressure and very informative. My wife was very skeptical especially after our experience across the street. Matt treated my wife very well and took care of her and answered any questions she had. We ended up liking and purchasing a 2026 Crosstrek. This was her 25th anniversary present and Matt made the experience a good one at the end of our anniversary vacation. Our last stop was Duluth and we ended up with a new car. Thanks to all of the staff that made our experience a great one and a special thanks to salesman Matt for what I feel treated my wife above and beyond!! I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

Have dealt with this dealership for over two years, I highly recommend driving to the Subaru of Rochester, far more superior service, technicians, accountability, communication and with out enabling, accomodating to their best abilities.If I would have known buying a Subaru would have come with every headache possible I would have purchased a Ford. Oil filter wasnt threaded properly, tire rotation was paid for but not done(I mark my tires) This dealership is by far one of the worst dealerships ever to work with. Coming from a place of (Going on week two of a rental, completion dates keep getting pushed back. False promises when parts will be in. . Telling us parts are fine when other dealerships say they are not. Amazon can tell us when things are getting delivered what's with Subaru. Double checking their walk through videos to make sure the repair esimate will be accurate. I feel they just clear codes, collect payment. Save your money buy a Chevy and go to dealership that takes pride in their work. Update.Picked up our vehicle upon spending $2700 we were graced with new crack in windshield and dash was NOT put together properly. Talked with them...they just deny, deny, deny.
