Krenzen Automall

A solid 5 stars for Travis Klicka helping us in car shopping at Krenzens. Low pressure and solid support and spent hours supporting us (the customer)! We have purchased 3 Hondas at Krenzens over the years and will keep coming back with solid salesmen like Travis! Thank You !!

David H. took great care of me when buying my new Nissan Kicks. He went above and beyond walking me through the tech of my new car, showing me the features during the test drive, and also got my phone hooked up to the cars system. Best car buying experience ever. And kudos to Adam for making my financing a breeze. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Thanks fellas!!!!!!

The heat went out on my Jeep recently and I was more than a little stressed about how to get it fixed during the coldest temps we've had all year. David Henkel was amazing, calmed my nerves and worked with the service department to get it in to be looked at and repaired. Works great now and Martin in service does some amazing work! Excellent service all around and zero stress on my end. This is a fantastic and friendly family owned dealership! I've never had a better experience with a dealership or auto repair and they really went above and beyond for me.

Huge shoutout to Lance at Krenzen Auto for going above and beyond and making everything so easy and stress-free. Really appreciate the great service. I’ll be back for sure!

We bought a 2014 Honda Civic here, Gary Summers was phenomenal in ways we can’t even express, after a bad run in with a dealership that ran us through the ropes and tried to take advantage of our honesty; Gary took us under his wing, he was the epitome of a genuine salesman, he made it his mission to find us a good vehicle that was reliable so we didn’t have the same experience, found us a good deal, gave us every discount he could, went over and above, he even made sure to take a picture with my boyfriend at the end of the buy. We are so grateful to Gary and his willingness to fix a problem he didn’t cause and had us laughing while he did! I’d recommend anyone to him, this place met every expectation and exceeded it, though we were there for a long time we were updated so frequently, it didn’t feel like we were waiting! The snack area had everything you could think of, I couldn’t give these guys a better recommendation! We are beyond happy with our car! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
