Drive appeal is one of the last honest used car lots in the metro area. Very impressed with the service especially TJ for the sell. They will get you exactly what you are looking for and won't just throw anything at you, no complicated sales tactics just honest confidence. 10/10

This is the first time I've ever bought a vehicle sight unseen over the Internet. However, I couldn't have found a better team than Drive Appeal in Anoka. My wife has always liked PT Cruisers and they had a gold one with less than 73,000 miles on it that looked like it was in perfect condition. Even though she has had two in the past, we decided to get this one as a second car just to run around with. However, the car was in Minnesota and we live in southern Missouri. Fortunately, they had plenty of pictures online and Joe and Steve at the dealership pretty much explained everything that I needed to know. The process went smoothly from the wire transfer of the money to having the car picked up. Joe gave me the name of a broker who lined up transportation and the car was picked up one day and delivered here the next day. I've never seen a car that's 20 years old that was in such good condition. No rust damage or anything else.

My 16yr old purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer here. She paid with cash in full, which is huge for a 16yr old. (We did test drive) BUT after we bought it and drove it off the lot, we immediately started having issues. I contacted Drive Appeal and took it to a shop where I was told it was sensors that needed to be updated and that it wasn’t covered under the warranty and that they’re not willing to negotiate by the manager at Drive Appeal. This place has no morals, and they honestly couldn’t care less about their customers. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.
