If there were 6 stars I’d give Right Buy Auto all 6. I first met Chris in 2015 as I was searching for a low mileage BMW. Now, after over 10 years and four car purchases, I have full trust in Chris who is knowledgeable, thorough, fair, and super easy to work with. Most recently I purchased a super clean, low mileage, one owner Lexus GX460 and as always, Chris (as well as Matt) were so easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! I've purchased a lot of cars and if Right Buy Automotive has a vehicle you are interested in, buy it from them! I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW M550i) and was purchasing sight unseen. Chris took my call 5 minutes prior to closing, processed the paperwork the next day, and had the vehicle to me in record time. He provided lightning quick responses to any inquiries and detailed information about the vehicle making everything seamless with an out of state purchase. Far and away the best service I have ever had when buying a car anywhere! A good price for a great car coupled with stellar service is hard to find. There was no pressure or additional hidden fees added to the listed price. I highly recommend and will try to purchase additional vehicles from the dealership even though I live 12 hours away! 10/10 Buying experience, I personally know that I am not the easiest customer to deal with and me being out of state for this purchase made me even more difficult. However, Chris made this purchase 100% seamless, his response time and communication is immaculate. Chris is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot and you can tell he wants to make sure the vehicle is a good fit for you. I walked in to look at a 2020 M850i they had. Matt made it extremely easy and crunched some numbers for me to see if the deal would work. Chris helped with the financing to ensure a great deal was had. This was my first purchase here and will definitely not be the last. Both of these guys were awesome to speak with and very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. Chris even went out of his way to repair some rock chips on the bumper. TOP NOTCH dealership!
