Purchased a 2022 Ram Rebel from here and Jeramy Olsen, Milissa Nord was a pleasure to work with. I'm located over 1200 miles away and they made sure that the communication was fluid and kept me informed as to what was going on their side and what they needed from me. Their responses to my emails, text and calls were almost immediate which showed they wanted to get the deal done and wanted to keep the experience professional and pleasant. The team and individuals were awesome. Honestly. Personable. Went above and beyond. I generally work with Angie in the body shop. She always phenomenal. This time I had the joy of working with Dan the parts guy :) 2nd time. Always fun and amazing. Dan (1st time and shares an office with Steve) was fantastic too. Steve has always been a great person to work with and has been my go to when a series of unfortunate events happened last year AND working together and communicating made everything turn out well. Last and not least I worked with Andy for the first time in the body shop. He was amazing. He made things work though I told him I didn't presume that was possible. He made my trip one trip! I truly LOVE the team at Barnett on 61!!! Thank you!!!!

We worked with Jeramy & Trevor over at Barnett to find a reliable truck for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted by Emmanuel B., who really put in all of the hard work to get us going. He was prompt, kind, thoughtful, and he seemed to genuinely care about my family's experience (which was a WONDERFUL experience, I might add). He really made sure we were comfortable and had all of the information we needed. He even brought us cold water during our wait! We had never been to a car dealership where the sales people aren't pushy, so going to Barnett where the experience was so smooth and easy was a huge relief, even down to all of the paperwork, which was administered by Leon. Leon made great conversation and gave us lots of info on our car loan, payment options and everything in between. We will definitely be going back to Barnett for future vehicle purchases!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this situation deserves to be shared. I took my 2015 VW Jetta to the Volkswagen dealership in Longview, Texas for a turbo replacement. I paid around $5,000 for the repair. After getting my car back, the turbo they installed failed in just 211 miles, which ended up destroying the engine. From there, it only got worse. I spent 4–5 weeks making repeated calls trying to get someone to address the issue. When I finally got a meeting with the General Manager, he showed up 45 minutes late, stood behind his desk, and told me flat out they were not going to help. No accountability, no effort to make it right—just an offer to replace the engine at my expense. Since then, I have tried for over a week to reach higher management. I have called daily and sent multiple emails. The Vice President, CJ, has made zero effort to contact me or respond in any way. At this point, it feels like I’m being completely ignored and pushed in circles. What makes this even more frustrating is that my family has been loyal customers. We’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this group, including seven TDI models, along with additional vehicles for my wife and her sister. On top of that, we are in the automotive business ourselves. If a repair in our shop failed after 200 miles, we would take responsibility immediately—not leave a customer hanging after charging thousands of dollars. Paying $5,000 and getting 200 miles out of a repair is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and communication is even worse. At this point, I am being forced to take legal action just to try and recover my money. If you’re considering doing business here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Such a joke, they allowed us to test drive a vehicle that was “already sold” to a “cash buyer” who test drove the vehicle “yesterday” but wanted to “sleep on it” we arrived to drive the vehicle, was allowed to do so, just to get back and be told the “buyer” arrived for the car…as a previous loyal customer, I’m convinced Barnett held out on this vehicle and SHOULD have taken it OFF their site if they wanted to hold it for someone. From what I understand, dealerships work on a first come first serve basis and today’s experience was absolutely terrible. Chelsea (boo) Dan (was ok, probably the most innocent in the situation) Jack (tomato tomato boo 3000%) thank you all for making my daughter’s very first car experience a disaster.
