Not professional at all. My boyfriend bought a car from them and after having the car for not even the whole day, the check engine light came on. Turned out to be the catalytic converter so they replaced it for free. Very nice. 6 months later check engine light comes back on and it's the catalytic converter again? So we call them, they sound frustrated and told us they would call back. They never did. So my boyfriend had to keep calling them three weeks in a row to get an answer back from them and all they say is they don't know and they are waiting on an answer from someone and that they will call back. They never do. It's been a little over a month now and still no call back? Like the least they could do is call him back and give an update and tell him that they are still waiting on an answer so he isn't in the dark. He shouldn't have to keep calling to beg for answer. It's like we are chasing them around to get an answer and it feels like they aren't wanting to help. Don't get me wrong, he loves this car and he's so happy he got it, but it's winter and when the check engine light comes on, the traction control turns off. It makes him feel scared to drive now. We visited them as well to see what was going on because we needed an answer and they were very argumentative and still didn't want to give us an answer. We just want to get this problem fixed but they don't seem to know how to do that. Like I said, very unprofessional and very unfortunate that we have to deal with this. Will never be looking for a car here ever again or recommending this dealership to anyone.

Make sure to ask for a warranty!!! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX from this dealership a little over a MONTH ago. A few weeks go by and I started having to put in multiple quarts of oil in it PER week. My fiancé replaced the valve cover gasket hoping that would fix the issue and while that slowed it down, it didn’t stop the issue. About a week ago he replaced the pcv valve as that was another thing that could’ve been the reason it was going through so much oil. Well, yesterday when we were on our way to Wisconsin to pick up my daughter from her dad we got a flashing check engine light, it started knocking and we found metal in the oil. It also was throwing a code for the timing. I have contacted the dealership multiple times with no answers except ONE and I was told “let me call you back” with no call back. Now, we have to fix a vehicle that I paid over $7,000 IN CASH for. It’s definitely not going to be cheap to fix either.
