The Car Buying Center

I had an excellent time working with Bob & Josh with a trade-in towards a new car. Naturally as a first time trading in a car, I had a bit of anxiety but Bob was professional, incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and made the whole process smooth, efficient, and easy as can be. It's beyond me that The Car Buying Center doesn't have a perfect five stars — they are trusted and overall wonderful to work with! Couldn't recommend this place enough — if you're in the market for a used car, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they make the whole trade-in and purchase process easy, quick, and pleasant! Thank you guys!

World class dealership!! I had a very unique experience with The Car buying Center. At first it started off pretty rocky with some misunderstandings- The owner Josh made a call to me after I sent him an email, we had some great conversations, ultimately I ended up buying a car from them - 2006 Honda accord. So far the car drives great. Bob was extremely helpful and funny as well. My mom really enjoyed his sense of humor. Great hospitality at this location! They offer water and have keurig coffee and Starbucks creamer.

I'm doing something I typically don't do and adding a review before we even picked up the car, because the service here has already exceeded all expectations (and honestly, I have really high expectations). We found a car that we'd been looking for, for some time, priced at a competitive price, at this dealership. Talking to and working with Josh has been fantastic. He's organized, responsive, and honestly probably one of the few wildly transparent and honest used car dealers you're ever going to meet. And this is over the phone and email! I'll update after we pick up the car but seriously, not my first time buying a car sight unseen and getting great service. But this dealership is even a cut above that. (And some of that is due to the prior car owners level of organization too, but let's be honest, a lot of dealers don't bother forwarding all the paperwork that tells the car's full story). 10/10 would buy from him again. Might just ask him to keep a look out for other bucket list cars, he's that good!

Why this place doesn’t have 5 stars is a travesty. This is the best dealership in the Twin Cities. I moved out here from out of town awhile back so I had my fair share of shady sales teams and mechanics in the past but this place proves all negative stigmas wrong. You buy a car from here like I did, you get your first oil change on the house. Like who does that? Everybody is pleasant with their demeanor and displays a high level of professionalism. This place should be as big as the other jag offs who claim they’re for the people you know the ones that’ll lie to your face. You won’t have that problem here. Everybody is great from the sales team to the mechanic. Honest, concise, and fair. You need work done? You’ll drive off that lot like it’s a new car. That’s how good they are. This was long overdue but I can’t express how much I tell others especially friends to come here! They are the real deal. You will not be disappointed.

Josh and his team — both sales & service — were phenomenal, knowledgeable, patient and kind in my process of buying a new car. My family & I have found our car guy!!! I have taken and will continue to take my car to their service center for repairs. Thank you Car Buying team. Keep up the good work.
