The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend Top Tech Motors for a reliable car purchase. They give a better used car warranty than any dealership we’ve worked with presently or in the past.
Umer at Top Tech Motors was simply awesome. Being professional and friendly, he worked with us patiently towards closing the deal. At no time we felt rushed. I would greatly recommend him and Top Tech Motors to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle.
I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle until I walked into Top Tech Motors. Well, I called first and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice, available, and ready to get to work. When I tell you this place is amazing, honest, and they are about their business and not into tarnishing their name. Umer is the gentleman I've worked with and has continued to work with. When I had an issues, I would reach out to him and he is so responsive and accommodating, my goodness. It's really been a good while since I've had superb customer service like theirs. You can tell they are sincere and enjoy what they do. I've already been singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Go ahead and get you a car!! Thanks Umer and the rest of the Top Tech Motors crew!!
Umer at Top Tech Motors was amazing. He went out of his way to find me a good car and one that I as right for me. Didn’t try to upsell or hide details about the car. High quality service, highly recommend.
I bought a Toyota RAV4 from this dealership with a promised 90-day engine and transmission warranty. Less than one month later, the water pump failed, causing the car to overheat and triggering multiple warning lights (VSC, 4WD, Check Engine). When I reached out, the owner refused to cover it, claiming the water pump is 'not part of the engine.' This is a classic text game—a failed water pump will destroy an engine in minutes. I ended up with a $600 repair bill immediately after purchase. If you buy here, be prepared for them to find any excuse to deny your warranty claims. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity. Would not recommend.
