Where do I begin? From the initial phone conversation with Mr. Charles Jennings to meeting him in person was a great experience. I spoke to him over the phone letting him know what i was looking for and the need of what i wanted, and he did not disappoint whatsoever. His customer service was par- excellence. He explained everything to me and made sure i understood, any questions i had, he answered accurately and honestly. I appreciate his customer service and help. If you’re looking for a new vehicle he’s definitely the guy to see! Thank you for an amazing experience!

George was excellent. Had a few glitches; however, George refused to give up. George worked diligently to get me in a car of my liking. Appreciate you George. Thank you very much.

Mr. George was amazing got me in and out. He knew what he was talking about when it came to the car and drivetime in its entirety. Very knowledgeable and well spoken he takes care of business for sure. Best experience hands down from my previous experience Mrs. Shondella was very soft spoken southern hospitality was outstanding she made me feel at home. Small talk goes a long way. I truly appreciate them both.

I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from DriveTime. In November, I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with approximately 74,000 miles. In just four months, I have driven only about 2,300 miles, and the vehicle is already in need of a new engine. Within the past two weeks alone, I have spent $2,000 attempting to address ongoing issues. Despite having three separate mechanics confirm that the engine is failing, SilverRock has denied my claim for engine replacement. Additionally, DriveTime promotes a five-day return guarantee, but serious mechanical issues like engine failure do not typically become apparent within such a short timeframe. Based on my experience, I urge others to proceed with extreme caution. There are multiple class action lawsuits involving DriveTime, Bridgecrest (their financing company), and SilverRock (their warranty provider). Many customers, including myself, have experienced significant problems such as engine and transmission failure. Please take the time to thoroughly research before making a purchase. DON’T BUY A VEHICLE HERE !!!

Honestly just go to Owings Mills, looks better on the outset. Came in George was very willing to get me in something. But the Hyundai he put me in was a hidden lemon. Perhaps it's my fault for not looking. I trusted him when he checked off the walk around list , but in the car it was clear a rodent had been under the hood chewing on everything. Emailed George and then came in. Very apathetic about the issue, ended up having to go to owings mills to get something. Like how do you check off you did the walk around? But in the same breath say you don't know whats under the hood of any car you sell?! Wild! Buyer beware. Apparently some of the salesmen there don't look at cars they sell you before they sell them. Lets see how this switch-up goes in Owings Mill, but I am filing a consumer protection claim with the AG for sure.
