The purchase process was painless and efficient, and the entire staff was very kind and friendly. The car was in great shape, and all aspects of the new-car acquisition process was covered, even the permanent license plates and insurance coverage. Overall, a great experience.

I want to show my appreciation and gratitude for the entire team @ the Glen Burnie MD 21061 location. My sale representative Patrick really went above and beyond with getting me into my 2024 pristine condition like new Nissan Altima! He offered rides, made sure the car was pristinely detailed and even filled up the gas tank unexpectedly. The manager was super friendly and customer service intuned! Other mentions was the associate Chis who helped me out of his way when Patrick was busy or off that day. I've already recommended this location and staff to all my family & friends. Also they went out there way several times to help with my financial company with the loam and just hood hearted checks on everything! So, 1st let me say, I have terrible credit. I went in with a ballpark range for a payment with a high end down-payment. Jack worked with their banks to get me right where I needed to be. I went in with a Toyota(corolla or camry) or VW Jetta in my sights to buy... until I spotted the nissan kick. The cat sold itself! But Jack took it a step further explaining all details, not to mention him and Jaylyn (and Cam) made the whole process super comfortable!! AND got me the lowest car insurance rate as well!! I'm so happy with my 24' nissan kick! I can't thank them enough!!

Cam & Jalen were amazing! The enthusiasm from Cam especially, made me feel confident that I was going to find the vehicle that fitted my needs. Cam was very great on answering my questions and concerns about the type of vehicles I was looking at.
